Canadian Government issues Ultimatum: Contract Termination Looms for Kwang Dong Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD ,South Korea.

In a significant development, the Canadian government has issued a warning toKwang Dong Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD ,South Korea indicating the possibility of terminating the 5-year contract that was signed between the two parties. Canadian government in February,2024 had signed a 5 years contract with Kwang Dong Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD , for production and supply of Advance Hospital Equipment to 4 largest and most populous provinces in Canada(Ontario,Quebec,British Columbia and Alberta).Kwang Dong Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD inability to meet the production and supply needs of these provinces has left the government with no choice than to issue a termination notice to Kwang Dong Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD ,South Korea.

Kwang Dong Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD , Chairman of the Board ,Dr.Kwang Dong in his response stated that the reasons for the delay in production and supplies is due to shortage of production raw material which they previously purchased at Afghanistan and the recent unrest in this region has lead to the shortage of the raw material for production . He however stated that the company have discovered a new Mining site/location in Northern part of Nigeria and effort to send a team of delegates for the procurement is in top gear. Furthermore ,the President of the company (Dr.Kwang Dong) is currently in Warsaw,Poland to meet with the Canadian government delegates for contract renegotiation.
