Canadian Government issues ultimatum :Contract Termination Looms for Yuyu Pharma, Inc.,South Korea

In a significant development, the Canadian government has issued a warning to Yuyu Pharma Inc. ,South Korea, indicating the possibility of terminating the 3-year contract that was signed between the two parties. Canadian government in May,2024 had signed a 3 years contract with Yuyu Pharma Inc. ,South Korea, for production and supply of Advance Hospital Equipment to 4 largest and most populous provinces in Canada(Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta).Yuyu Pharma Inc. ,South Korea, inability to meet the production and supply needs of these provinces has left the government with no choice than to issue a termination notice to Yuyu Pharma Inc. ,South Korea.

Yuyu Pharma Inc. ,South Korea, president ,Robert Yu in his response to Newsplus247 crew stated that the reasons for the delay in production and supplies is due to shortage of production raw material which they previously purchased at Afghanistan and the recent unrest in this region has lead to the shortage of the raw material for production . He however stated that the company have discovered a new Mining site/location in South Africa and effort to send a team of delegates for the procurement is in top gear. Furthermore ,one of he Board Member (Dr. Won-Sang Yu) is currently in Munich, Germany to meet with the Canadian government delegates for contract renegotiation .Further details will be made available in our subsequent bulletins.
